Brioches

A French Staple. Rich, buttery, and fluffy

Brioches

Brioches are somewhat sweet and rich breads due to being made with butter, sugar, and eggs. The yeast is given plenty of time to do its work before being shaped and proofed. A light layer of egg wash brushed on top gives the top its deep mahogany color. They can be made in many shapes and sizes, loaf and bun shaped being common. Our favorite is the Nanterre, which can be sliced for incredible French toast or pulled apart into dinner rolls or sliders. Any way you eat them, you will be in for a treat!
